I am Truong Hai Ha, a Vietnamese who in Dec 2022 passed the SHRM-CP exam on my first attempt, completely through self-study.

If you are preparing for the SHRM exam and feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of knowledge that you need to gauge, my study notes might just be exactly what you need.

When studying for the exam, I felt completely lost after reading thousands of pages of material. So I decided to sit down and summarize all 4 books into one single compact, organized, and highly visual slide deck. While these summary slides obviously cannot replace the LMS, they made it easier for me to get a grasp of the core content and see "the bigger picture" rather than getting bogged down by details.

The deck consists of 112 slides of condensed summary notes on all of the topics covered in SHRM LMS - applicable for both CP & SCP.

Each topic is neatly condensed into 1 concise Powerpoint slide for you to surf through. I made sure no excess information is included, so you can focus your time and effort only on what matters the most.

Each slide consists of knowledge "blocks" with highly visual illustrations.

If a concept looks familiar to you since it was previously mentioned in an earlier topic, you can easily click on an embedded hyperlink and reread its definition in a previous slide. This will help reinforce your understanding, cement your knowledge, and retain it longer.
